What to Read : August 2016

There are very few times in my day when I get to zone out and relax, one of those times is right before bed when I read a book or a magazine. Since it is now August and most “Summer Reading Lists” are long gone, I have decided to post what I will be digging into this month.

harryHarry Potter and the Cursed Child Parts One and Two

You guessed it. I could not help myself so I went and bought a copy! Barnes & Noble is sold out in DFW, but you can order them AND I will let you in on a little secret…Target has them in stock! I’m interested to get started on this one because it is written as a script and I don’t yet know whether I will love it or hate it.

real simpleReal Simple Magazine

This is my favorite magazine of ALL TIME. I think I picked up my first issue in an airport and have been reading them ever since. I love Real Simple because of the detail they put into each issue. Just reading it can get you organized, excited for an upcoming holiday or motivated to start a new project, depending on the focus of the issue. Topics range from experiences to hobbies, DIY projects, cooking and more. There is a great variety in this magazine and I have never been disappointed in an issue.
